Have you ever wondered if what you are eating is pure or not? Or whether it came from a natural plant or a laboratory experiment? GMF is ruling the world as we know it. People will anything that tastes good, but what about health? Is it not important to consider health in your life? Because without health one would not be able to eat, drink, have fun, or enjoy their lives. Consider your health as a battery that has a specific charge and time span, eating GMF lowers your battery level and thus decreases your life span. Another perspective is religion; we know that God created man and nature with a level of complexity and perfection that no man can recreate; for this reason, playing with nature brings about imbalance in this world. Consequently we are at great risk, in which we should consider and recalculate, or as George S. Patton said "Take calculated risks. That is quite different from being rash." GMF is a virus that is spreading its tentacles far and wide to destroy human health. We should, therefore, consider the risks and dangers associated with GMF. GMF is one of the most important aspects of a human beings life, because GMF control the future of the human health and society.
[...] The author for the Journal of Environmental Health and the president of the National Capital Area Environmental Health Association, Valeria Jefferson claims that genetically modified food (GMF) can solve world's hunger. As population increase, the demand for food will increase, and thus supply must increase to limit the prices of food. Valeria addresses that problem by simply stating that production of GMF can easily meet agricultural demands associated with population increase” and continues to assert that there “will be approximately 1.5 billion more people in the world in the next 20 years” and that the best way to keep up with the population is by producing GMF. [...]
[...] Because of its vast spread in a stealth and destructive manner, GMFs started to grow through the market of the United States so fast that people did not realize the difference between normal food and modified food. GMFs then started to spread even more; it expanded to Asia, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Innocent people around the world started consuming these foods without knowing it's genetically modified. As a result companies that make GMFs started to produce more GMF to maintain its standards for consumer needs, concluding that GMF is popular among people. [...]
[...] Furthermore, using GMFs as a solution to malnutrition and to the problem of hunger, in third world countries, can cause long term problems, such as, allergies, cancer, genetic mutation, and can create many other unknown disease. Adding to this problem, Valeria Jefferson believes that the process cannot be reversed so if something goes wrong, it will remain forever and might be the end. Thus, the risk factor in this case is pretty high because the advantages that GMFs provides us are far more less than the drawbacks that might be forecasted upon us. [...]
