The project titled "Network Management System(NMS) "is designed using Active Server Pages .NET with Microsoft Visual Studio.Net 2005 as front end and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as back end which works in .Net framework version 2.0. The coding language used is C# .Net.
In this project, interaction between the customers and company for the purchase of their products and the sales of their products are used in the networking. The manufacturing products for the networking are also handled here. The company mainly focuses on products like switches, LAN, routers, and wireless LAN etc.
There are two modules in this project. Admin Module and User Module. Admin can have rights to add new products, View the customer details, and View the complaints about the product given by the customer's etc. Administrator can take the necessary steps for the customer complaints.
User Module has the rights to view all products which company is manufacturing. If they were interested, they can sell their products to this company. Searching is also done here. They can search the product with the help of code and by the name of the product also. If they have any complaint about the product, they can post their complaint to the support team directly.
