The presentation begins with an explanation of what an information system is. From there it will go onto give a general overview of the layout of a system followed by the basic functions of a system. The next topic covered will be the elements of an example system which will be followed by diagrammatic representations of the sub systems in a system, positive feedback and negative feedback's. After this will come the fundamental systems concepts after which will be covered the add feedback and control loops followed by examples and an explanation of system interdependence. The next topics will be system performance and standards, system variables and parameters, manual vs. computerized systems and open vs. closed systems. The last two topic to be covered will be physical and conceptual systems and the changes in system analysis and design.
