Alzheimer's disease, Alois Alzheimer
Alzheimer's disease is a dementia disorder in the world in the elderly. Today the disease has spread over 860000 cases in France according to WHO (World Organization of Health) and that number keeps growing each year.
Often referred to the twenty-first century, this disease attacks the brain and isnot a progressive loss of mental abilities such as language, reasoning and memory. This even the human being has also evolved.
There are two kinds of anomalies, lesions responsible for the disease. Discovered in 1906 by Alois Alzheimer, these abnormalities are specific to this disorder.
Also called Tau pathology or Tauopathy, neurofibrillary degeneration is an intra neuronal injury, due to the aggregation of tau proteins, which form pathological filaments in neurons.
[...] Their learning capacity is zero. Diagram : Experience the injection of enzymes Uch-L1 Go further and see if the enzyme Uch-L1 can improve the learning capabilities. So is injected mice suffering a protein containing the enzyme. It is then observed that although these mice exhibit senile plaques, they remain immobile. The enzyme Uch-L1 thus improves the memorial faculties mouse without changing the amount of beta amyloid in the brain. It is still impossible to destroy senile plaques and thus cure for Alzheimer's disease, but there are many methods similar to it to stop the development of the disease who are still at the stage for now clinical trials.
