This document is a sample legal licence permitting use of the design right and logo in respect of business. The consideration for the grant of a licence in this instance is shares.
The Licensor is the proprietor of and beneficially entitled to the copyright, unregistered and registered design rights and all other rights of a like nature conferred in the United Kingdom in the Logo more fully described in Clause 1 of this Licence.
