On the left-hand side we can see, working stations with slight to no separation between them. This indicates that we are in an open space work environment. This setting is the go-to for pretty much all organizations. Such setting presents many advantages. It is characterized by the collaborative atmosphere as it allows coworkers to interact easily and effectively by exchanging ideas and feedback without the need to move from the working station. It also allows the colleagues to stay updated on various projects and company updates. From the company's perspective, this setting is far more cost-effective and scalable.

This area can serve as a space to engage in social discussions between colleagues, relax while having a cup of coffee or just a space to brainstorm or just work on the laptop in a living room atmosphere. The choice of material with a wood floor, a carpet on the right and wooden desks makes the industrial structure, deduced by the ventilation/air conditioning tubes, more cozy, warm and welcoming. This can be flagged as an area of improvement. A common theme among the neighboring building is the glass exterior creating a connection between the interior and surrounding elements of the exterior. This architectural choice also contributes to the penetration of sunlight and allows residents to observe the stunning view. The water element adds a tranquil ambiance and a calming effect. This scenery makes significantly elevates the price of real estate and in consequence the price of renting an office space in the building. In turn, the offices in this building will host the most prestigious international companies located in Toronto. The overall area seems less populated than the typical downtown city street which fortifies the idea that the building will be hosting a select group of people. [...]
