The following document will outline a specific instance of work-related conflict, as well as personal responses to the conflict. Through the analysis, I will identify the multiple components of the conflict, as well as the possible strategies for diffusing it. The conflict involves my employment as a 24 hour/7 day a week caretaker to my mother. Recently, she was injured in a car accident, and both of us had to spend four days in a hospital.
