One of the great barriers to the development of a Democratic government, which is just, serves and protects its people, is the development of independent and totally sufficient judicial system. If the Democraticy is ought to, truly serve people and be ruled by the people, then it will indeed have a complex judicial system. System in which all the rules and regulations created by the legislative body, to serve the people, are checked and double checked by judicial body.
