I am going to talk about the notion of "Spaces and Exchanges". But before we start, we shall say that exchange is all about giving and receiving something in return, whereas the space is the place where those exchanges happen. In class, we studied this notion through the lens of immigration.
[...] And can immigrants be considered as heroes? OPINION: I think it depends; for some people, the myth can become a reality if they have enough willpower and perseverance. And for others, it will always stay a myth and an unreachable dream. Example: Gad Elmaleh. Immigrants who have admirable success stories can be considered as heroes because most of them started from scratch and managed to build something huge only thanks to their willpower and managed to surpass all the difficulties an immigrant can face. I was personally surprised by those documents because I never thought that immigrants could be the origin of so many American items and brands. But sometimes, immigration can lead to bad consequences for the country. For instance, it can cause overpopulation. In millions of Mexicans crossed the American border. This huge number of people is usually isolated in certain neighborhoods. [...]

A audio file titled "Global Entrepreneurship" spreads awareness concerning the great contribution of immigrants in the American economy. It is said that you can't be pro-business if you are not pro-immigration since immigrants created huge American companies such as eBay, Google or Goldman Sachs. However, immigrants have to face great challenges. We have studied two documents that deal with this particular issue. [...]
[...] In conclusion, the USA would not be the great country that we know today without all those waves of immigrants that reached America. Some may say that they just overpopulate the country and cause major issues in it, but we can't deny their great contribution to the USA in so many fields. Many of those immigrants have the chance to start flourishing business and reach success in their host country, but most of them have to face challenges every day such as racism and the barrier of language.
