Abstract

For our project, we were tasked with finding a country and building some form of clean energy system in the country of our choice. Our group decided to go with Australia and to build a wind farm there. We came to this conclusion after searching on Google, "locations with the highest amount of wind," and after searching through all the options, we found Australia to be the most interesting. Through our research we, as a group, have learned a lot about, not only the financials of building and constructing a wind farm, but about the interesting ins and outs of the country itself and how it operates. It was very interesting learning of Australia's wide trade with the rest of the world and vast amounts of open land that has great potential for clean energy uses. Through our project, we hope you are able to grasp the profitability and ease it would be to build a wind farm in Victoria.
