Martin Luther King Jr, leadership
Over the years, successful personalities exhibit varying leadership secrets lying beyond the plain sight of the ordinary human eye. In view of that, leadership exists as a multiplicative form combining the unique qualities that identifies distinctly such figures from the crowd, in their actions and conversations. However, leadership exists chiefly as a visionary concept in building new dawns where there exist none with insight, imagination and self-assurance. In day-to-day activities to which mankind has engaged, they incorporate visionary leadership in pursuit of their undertaking, as the driving force in accomplishing set goals, both at the individual and group level.
For instance, visionary leadership identifies with the transformation witnessed in the corporate sector today. Similarly, it has inseparable input in the society owing to the personality demonstrated by legends such as Martin Luther King Jr in their unique principles of realization and ethical leadership. Visionary leadership enunciates the concept of manifesting insights in committing to alignments which integrate a collective sense of purpose at hand and the objectives in the horizon.

Gandhi in India during his study about non-violence philosophy (Schraff, 2008). The vision was entrenched in his objectives following multiple cases of paying for segregation including spending a honeymoon in a funeral parlor, giving the seat to white passengers and trying shoes at the back. Till he met his death, he fought for his dream through the civil rights movement despite facing opposition from proponents of segregation. [...]
[...] Under that approach, Martin Luther demonstrated exemplary leadership through insight, perseverance and commitment to accomplishing envision in the face of opposition. Committing to leader's shared values will eventually bring and yield the best of individuals.
