Of course, the sport is only a small part of sexism in the world. However, in this field all the disparities like wage inequalities, discrimination and glass ceiling are multiplied. The main issue I would like to talk about today is the wage inequalities between men and women in boxing field. In fact, high-level women boxers receive lower salary than their male colleagues. And the way I see it's that government must move forward these gender inequalities. I want to see equality And as Emma Watson says « Women need to be equal participants in our homes, in our societies, in our governments and in our workplaces ». And as we have seen, especially with the women's boxing world championship in 2017, women produce the same craze and show on TV, they convey the same magic, passion and love of sport. Furthermore, they make the same effort than men and they work as hard as them, maybe even more. Nonetheless, women boxers wages are still lower than men's. Indeed if these disparities persist it is partly because of people's mindset. [...]
