In addition, Tennant's performance is exceptional; he distinguishes the characters from the narration, modifying his voice to particularize them. It brings to life the flutist's melodies and also gives presence to the kidnapped children. I had more difficulties understanding the remaining boy's singing part, but I found it expressive and emotional enough not to be bothered by it. To conclude, I can say that I really enjoyed listening to this show.
