Flawless consulting refers to the consistent pursuit of perfection and observable impact in the practice of offering professional advice and guidance to organizational management teams, operational units and sponsors. Basically, flawless consulting is a complex discipline. Thus, like any other professional discipline, flawless consulting is a process that is founded within the principles of objectivity, validity, timeliness and technical capabilities. Ruth and Rodriguez (2007) defined a consultant as an individual or firm which specializes on influencing organizational activities through a framework designed to achieve targeted results. Organizations hire either internal or external consultants, depending on the nature and urgency of activities within and without the organizations.Consultancy professions induce lacking expertise, facilitation and process consultation through an independent platform to enable the client organization achieve perfection in the achievement of goals and objectives.
