The next point of focus will be the launching of Saadiq and the starting of the US dollar China bound payment service with real-time access to New York payment systems. The next topic will be the service Straight2Bank where in the processes, policies and procedures will be mentioned and looked at briefly. There will also be a mention of the key performance indicators. There will also be a mention of Sri Lanka's first oil hedge before the human resource management techniques of Standard Chartered are explored. The conclusion of the presentation will include a bit about the board of directors and some of the achievements of the company.
