In this paper, we will examine the difference in perceived service value. The perception of the customer differs from one service to another and this difference is dependent on many factors. This paper will take the example of three service companies: Air France (French Airline Company), Xbox live service on X-Box 360 (American video game Company) and Hotel SPA Dr. Irena Eris (Polish luxury leisure centre).
Hotel SPA Dr Irena Eris Krynica Zdroj is one of best examples of services that may favorably surprise its customers with its offer. The main concept of this business is to offer its service to not only a high standard hotel, but rather at a place where the mind and the body will get rest and facilitate stress release .
Xbox Live is a multiplayer gaming and content delivery system created and operated by Microsoft Corporation. It was first made available to the Xbox video game console in November 2002. An updated version of the service became available for the Xbox 360 console during the system's launch.
Air France is a French airplane company. Created in 1919, they connect the French citizens, thanks to domestic flights and also provide many international flights all over the world. They are also in charge of establishing a rapport with the French ovearseas departments.
[...] All these factors prove that Hotel SPA Dr Irena Eris Krynica Zdrój is not a simple hotel, but a service which may provide to customers more that they have expected. The brilliant concept of the SPA facilities, good location and the brand name of Dr Irena Eris make this place special and different from other four-star hotels.
