The opening of the camping equipment company ‘Leustringue Verebleu Demamair' has been scheduled for late May. We were recruited by Christopher Mondamert for the marketing of the company website and related purchases.The following is the breakup for the purchase of bikes: 25 bikes each for men and women, and 26 bicycles for children (13 for girls and 13 for boys). It also included some products like fun karts, tandems etc. We determined the criteria for purchase: Design, and its prestige of the campsite; Originality to differentiate themselves from competitors; Reliability, strength, durability, resistance to wear and tear; Convenience, comfort, ease of maintenance; and economy. To that end, we first contacted various suppliers which included the Cycle Source Group, GGG, Nirve, American Flyer, Kettler and Sidewinder.
Summary of Communication:
The first letter was sent to all suppliers in order to introduce our site and send them arequest for documentation (catalogs, websites).
Following this letter, we received responses from all providers except the GGG and Sidewinder. Most of them offered catalogs and made a preliminary presentation of their product lines.
We sent a second letter customized to each of the following vendors:
- Nirve: Request catalog and product specifications.
- Kettler: request for technical information on bicycles and accessories.
- Cycle Source Group: request for technical information on some of their bikes (materials used, wheels and tires).
- American Flyer: application specifications (rims, density), and information on coaches pedals.

[...] With the lowest average rental cost, the purchase of bikes will be amortized in less than a season. Conclusion We're happy that we managed to buy all of our bikes quickly and at attractive prices. We met our objectives and shopping budget, all on a cost of less than the turnover of one season. In addition, we have remained attentive to salt resistance and guarantees, which are most often available for 1 - 3 years for the frame.
