The physical layout of a product determines how customers react to the product. Due to the range of products that serve the same purpose, customers have a limited time to test all the products that are in the market to know which meets their needs. Often, customers will go for the
product that entices and physically attracts them. It is necessary for the product to present a range of choices for the customer to choose. Juicy drench provides its customers a variety of flavors to choose from, i.e. blackberry and apple, orange and passion fruit and cranberry and raspberry.
Companies have to be mindful about the target markets to determine the price of their products. How a product is perceived is determined by its pricing relative to other competing products in the market. If a product is priced too low, customers might consider it as inferior. If it is priced too high relative to other competing products, customers may shy away from buying the product. Price should, therefore, be positioned in such a way that is considers all these factors. Britvic offers juicy fresh water at a promotional price of 1.15 euros for the 440 ml bottle. During occasions, the product is offered on discounts to encourage customers to buy the product.

These departments ensure that there is a smooth flow in the way goods are delivered to their customers and how new orders are handled.
