In the last few years, we find some new products for men. They are based on a new trend: men are taking care of themselves more than ever. Traditionally, women took care of them. Because of that, these products are copied from the women ones. Now, every man in Occidental countries does sport, wears fashion clothes, uses at least one skincare product per day. It seems that to look good is very important today. That's why, some companies try to be innovative and pioneers in some freshly created markets: those ones are makeup, UV treatment etc. But the real problem in these markets is the fact that they are too much woman-like than anything else for most men. Men's World is about producing and selling masculine lingerie for men that need to be seducing and sexy. This is different from makeup for example, because these products do not look like women ones.
[...] To create our own selling channels would be too much expensive and would take too much time. We need to strike hard and fast to guarantee the success and the barriers to the competitors. We could not use the supermarkets as distributors because they would not be suitable for the image of the brands and we would loose some controls: the control of the image regarding the positioning of the products in the ranges, the promotions and discounts, and of course, the price would be difficult to negotiate because they have the power in the negotiation. [...] Regarding the advertising: The teasing is the best technique because it is something used by big brands of the fashion industry and high end activities. This method proved that it is something very effective. Prints: prints in magazines are necessary. We know that the target read some magazines and are affected by many ads in them. They are sport, technology, management and economy, science and automobile magazines. We will also make ads in feminine magazines because we know that they represent a certain potential of profits. He made several internships and defiles that will help the company to create products that are innovative but respecting the existing trends. He has the ability to advice in the choice of raw materials, the colours, styles and other stuffs that are more or less fashionable. His academic background could give to the company also advices on the fashion business and this last works. [...]
