In order to better realize this analysis, I chose to study the Louis Vuitton brand on two different countries / markets: The United States (developed country) and China (emerging country). During this report, we will discuss an external analysis of the brand in these two countries as well as an internal analysis of Louis Vuitton. We will also see the segmentation, targeting and positioning of the brand on these two countries. Finally, we will make an analysis of the implementation of the brand within these two different markets.
