Present in many countries, Nestlé is a company that occupies an important place in the agri-food sector. Thanks to its diversified products of different quality and nature, the Nestlé company has found a loophole that has enabled it to attract as many consumers as possible, gain a remarkable market share and thus conquer the agri-food market. However, like all large multinational companies, Nestlé is faced with several factors which have an impact on its development and activities. We will carry out a PESTEL analysis in order to present the different elements that can influence the company.

Political Knowing that the company is present in more than 180 countries and that each country has different government regulations, it must comply with each of them, and any changes may have an impact on its activities. Multinational companies such as Nestlé face greater risks regarding their production due to different government policies as well as the changes that may occur at any time.
