During my time at S4M, as seen above, I had a wide and interesting range of missions that helped me enhance my set of skills and competencies. I will try to make a review of the competencies I developed at S4M.
First, I learned a lot about the advertising industry. Indeed, my internship really immersed me into the sector and my different missions allowed me to understand the different actors and how it works. From the outside, we don't really understand the specificities of the advertising industry, and I really get this knowledge during the several months at S4M. Indeed, I was able to develop this knowledge thanks to my interactions with my colleagues that were very keen on teaching me the process, explaining the right ways of working and the different roles in the sector. I also developed this extensive knowledge during the creation of the benchmarks of the competition and the competitors' monitoring. This monitoring task was important for the company and, by being part of my daily tasks, I became very curious about the advertising industry. I was looking after the news of the sector on a daily basis and, even during my free time, I was interested in the competitors' campaign that targeted me on my mobile phone. I was able to share this kind of information to my colleagues, and it brought an added value to the company.
[...] The different classes also encourage us to take the initiative and that it is something I tried to apply during my experience at S4M. My colleagues did notice this and congratulated me for it. This is the kind of compliments that give me even more interest in following the classes and taking the most out of it. IV. Conclusion : To conclude, I really enjoyed my internship at S4M because the missions were interesting and diverse. I was able to show how implicated I was in my job by integrating me rapidly into the S4M teams and by learning the codes and language that apply specifically to the advertising sector. [...]

[...] As I was specifically in charge of the coordination, I was able to see my improvements all along the experience. I developed in depth my confidence to interact with the teams and improved my communication. Coordination is all about getting the right information and share it to the right team in the best timing. In pair with my coordination skills, I'd say I improved my organizational skill because coordination is also about organization. I integrated the internal process and learned how to apply it. [...]
[...] I can say I enjoyed my experience at S4M and I liked the company. However, thanks to this internship, I realize I would prefer to work for a cross-channel company. S4M is only focused in mobile and I'd like to open up my perspective. Working for a omnichannel company reduce the possibilities and it would be more challenging to work for a multi-channel company. That's why I will take this point into account for the next time I look for new experience. [...]
[...] For example, every Wednesday, we had a meeting with all the European account managers in order to see what the assignment of each person was and see how we could help them. I developed strong relationship with the account managers as well as the sales managers during my internship. Of course, some tension could arise due to the heavy workload we all had but I always managed to keep a way of communication with them in order to perform better. [...]
