The Stellantis group was founded on January 16, 2021. The multinational company that has existed for several months and manufacturer of automobiles was born from a merger between two groups including the PSA group and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. Two years earlier, in 2019, the announcement of the merger between the two companies was made public. The multinational automotive group markets 14 auto brands, five of which are from the PSA group and the rest are owned by FCA.
