COVID-19, rural church community, spiritual damage, post-COVID-19, mental health, Harvesting Hope
This research paper contributes to churches' immediate and ever-changing situations post-COVID-19. A tremendous experience of over thirty years working as a preacher and a pastor is significant to me. I am motivated by this journey because of the rural church community of which I am a part. Among the struggles, one could name decreasing attendance, financial issues, prioritizing technology as the last place, and the congregants' significant mental and spiritual damage. This research looks at these multiple issues in that it tries to beat awareness and give practical solutions that will aid the stand of urban churches during these unpredictable moments and be part of others' revitalization.
