Emotions play an important role in our daily lives, they are affecting everything from our behavior to our decisions, and contribute to the construction of our own- identity.
So they represent a crucial part of the communication between humans and relationships are based on communication, that's why the way we express and manage emotions can have a paramount impact on relationships.
