A person's will and intellect produces the ability to observe knowledge and have the innate ability to judge. Truth and falsity in relation to the perception of a person's will and intellect from God is the basis of Rene Descartes' fourth meditation. God, the all-mighty power, had created people with deliberate imperfections. As a result, Descartes believes people should look at everyone in a way which will put each human beings' positive traits together in order to form a perfect being.
