The role of personality theories in studying human behavior and individual differences is particularly important. This paper gives an account of two theories on personality, the "genetics approach theory" and the "limited-domain approach theory" in the context of Bryan Johnson's personality in the article "The Most Measured Man in Human History" by Strachan, vice.com. In addition, according to Morgan Levine's quote, a 10-day observational study will be done to observe results related to aging and lifestyle choices. This paper aims to critically evaluate and apply these theories through observation.

[...] Studies in this area reveal how personal traits may be variable due to the social, cultural, and situational circumstances in which an individual is placed. From a limited-domain approach theory, Johnson's reserved manner and the reserved lifestyle he led might be connected to his family background and life story. Johnson's life could be a product of his upbringing or early experiences that shaped his view on discipline and hard work. Factors of the environment, like parenting styles and socioeconomic status, have been found to significantly influence various aspects of personality development (Moore & Neiderhiser, 2014). Consequently, it could be asserted that Johnson's personality is influenced by his experiences and surroundings. [...]
[...] Dietary Changes: Doubling Down on Vegetables for Well-being The approach was centered on quadrupling the daily vegetable eating. And it was accomplished by increasing vegetables in what is already eaten and having one vegetable-based snack per day. With the help of a food journal (servings in cups), it was easy to track the vegetable intake and consequently monitor adherence to and progress toward the goal (Caspi et al., 2013). Vegetables are a vital source of indispensable vitamins, minerals, and fiber. These nutrients, therefore, contribute greatly to your digestive system, the immune system, and the supply of energy. [...] This implies going to bed with a fixed bedtime and awakening time, even on weekends. Furthermore, we will work together to develop a soothing bedtime routine such as a warm bath, reading a book, or light freestyles. Emphasis will also be placed on restricting screens (phones, laptops) at least for an hour before bedtime. Considering this, the 10-day observation practice embodies the genetics approach theory and limited-domain approach theory theories developed by Moore and Neiderhiser (2014). By applying the theories discussed in this practice, the participants can deduce how these theories may be relevant to their lives and the impact their behaviors and lifestyle choices have on their personalities in the long run.
