The purpose of this study is to review the effectiveness and importance of The Calm Center, a mental health facility targeting youth with various psychological and social problems. The purpose of this study is to comprehend the effectiveness of the Center's coping strategies — fitness classes, group and private therapy, and family therapy — in addressing problems like anxiety, depression, substance use, and unprotected intercourse. The specific goals are to determine the effectiveness of these intervention methods in improving adolescents' overall mental and emotional well-being and identify weaknesses in The Calm Centre services that could be addressed.
