The creation of these subdisciplines has made psychology exceedingly diverse field. Having this diversity within the field of psychology holds pros and cons which are common in many structures that are widely diverse. The information age that consists of behaviorism/cognitive psychology and internet counseling will be discussed along with the subtopics that contained within these major concepts. Subtopics within subdiciplines will be examined to include how one recognizes the subtopics, subdisciplines, putting these into functional use for additional disciplines, the settings within modern culture, and in what way these subdisciplines are dissimilar from the theoretical perspective of the author.
