Condom, Prison, Sexually transmitted diseases
In the current decade, sexually transmitted diseases have emerged among the greatest threats across the globe. It is a threat that can wipe the human race away. It is an issue that should be addressed with care. Individuals have embraced the act of having unprotected sex and using other contraceptive methods and ignoring the use of condoms. According to statistical reports, the rate of distribution and spread of sexually transmitted diseases has increased while the rate of people using condoms has decreased. Prisons have recorded the number of individuals who are suffering from sexually transmitted diseases because they tend to have a limited access to condom.
As campaigns that promote and demonstrates on the consistence use of the condom during sex as a method of
eradicating and minimizing the spread of sexually transmitted diseases, prisons are suffering from limited and inadequate supply of the condoms. This paper is obligated to elaborate if the prisoners should be supplied with condoms.
