This presentation will talk about the background of the professionals from India. It will start with looking into the traditional and the new (agent based) models of recruitment before moving onto a closer look at the use of agents in recruitment. It will then move on to take a look at the role that education plays in the process of recruitment and certain other factors in the same regard. It will examine briefly the stages in being a student in India before moving on to the part that will talk about higher education and will also list some of the major players in the sector. It will then take a look at the ups and downs of the expenditure on education and then move onto education abroad and towards the end it will take a look at the pros and cons of the education system in India.
