Health is the most precious asset in the possession of human beings. From my classroom experience and through interaction with literature texts, I have come to the conclusion that people can be responsible for their health. In this regard, to be responsible for a personal health concern, people would have to concentrate more on preventive and promotive health issues, christened as primary health care (World Health Organization, P.8).
Health practitioners have always been advising the clients to concentrate on the primary health concern. Nevertheless, in an empathetic manner, I have taken the initiative to put myself in the shoe of the hospital clients and implement a personal health behavior concern. My health behavior concern is my eating habit. I have made my eating habit a concern to be changed from eating spicy and salty foods to eating more vegetables and fruits.

A replacement of the trans-fatty acids with the vegetable oil and fruits lowers the risk of contracting coronary heart diseases. [...] To regulate on the salt intake, I resolved for the ten modification days not to have additional salt in the food after the food has been served. This was intended to minimize salt intake as per the world health organization standards of five grams per day. Foods that demanded additional salt following the cooking process like boiled eggs were like wisely avoided for the ten days of modification phase. In regulation of the trans-fatty acids in the body, I decided to replace the use of animal fat in the cooking with the vegetable fats. [...]
