Vision - Job - transparency and reliability
Generally, a strategic plan is meant to help an individual discover his or her skill while developing them and putting them to maximum use. It is essential in ensuring the individual gains the highest rewards for effort. In contrast to a corporate strategic plan, an individual plan focuses on person's ability to channel their education, knowledge experience and talents towards the achievement of individual goals. A strength, weakness, opportunities and threats, SWOT, analysis is essential in the creation of an effective strategic plan. It is the responsibility of the individual to maximize on the strengths while minimizing on the weaknesses while taking advantage of the opportunities.
My vision is to become a successful woman in my job and help the poor in the world. My mission is to help the poor through setting up charities and building schools in countries where there are none. My personal value is that I am an accountable individual and very honest. I believe in transparency and reliability. As a student, I intend to graduate in the year 2015 with a high GPA and earn impressive grades.I also aim to work in a multinational corporation after I graduate in 2015. Also among my goals is to have established at least one functioning charity organization towards the education of poor children.
[...] Even in the job industry, women are silently oppressed. Especially in situations where you find that women receive lower wages than men even when equal work is done. It hence poses a challenge for a professional woman to venture into charity work since she can barely provide for herself let alone decide to enhance conditions of living of people. Weaknesses At an individual level, I am generally impatient, and this could prove detrimental primarily because charity projects do not bear results directly and require tedious work to ensure they are not only successful but also sustainable.
