There are actually 3 partners that held vital role in the company, one of the partners, his name is Alex, and whereby holding a big share in the small business company he shows bossy, his own ego and being assertive and never listen to his partner and disobey the rules of partnership agreement, such as short working hour, unpunctual on meeting, personal use of business funds, excess of using annual leave and so on. Alex had a very grumpy bad temperament and bad attitude as well, he easily get tempered and simply throw tantrum toward the staff, intimidation caused, bad relationship with staffs, it actually bring down the morale of workplace which entails many problems like elevated the turnover rates, decline in outcome of sales as well as efficiency on work. It is actually lead to knock-on effect, example like the superior pass down the anger to the subordinate, and the subordinate will eventually pass down to the customer. Therefore, it caused the staff being inhospitable while dealing with customer. Wilbert is the second partner who outwardly focused and external client, he is a very nice person, but less effective decision making. Initially he gives advice to Alex, and share idea, but it's seem like being redundant and does not help much, yet stir up more confliction and argument instead of making decision.
Wilbert chooses to quit and defunct the partnership because he saw got no prospection on this business, due to the long term controversy, as well as financial problem come toward to them. Steven is the third partner, he decided to quit and bail off when the company met financial problem, he did not take part into the decision and he considered as a sleeping partner which not sharing in the actual work of our company. Likewise to CCPuan, one of his partners decided to quit when they met the burst of dotcom bubble.

[...] In my humble opinion, I think that the partnership problem cause most business failures because the member of partnership doesn't develop effective decision-making processes. This actually caused the assertive partners will do whatever they do and being wiseacre and think what is needs to be done and the less assertive partner will rebut those decisions or disagree the action to be carry out because they were not satisfied with the decision, so it trigged the confliction and argument and yet again the partners go in opposing directions that meet their own needs instead of the strategic needs and direction of the partnership. The three mobile phone service provider Maxis, Celcom and Digi are renowned as the strongest cellular network which listed in Bursa Malaysia. These competitors are proven brand and already developed a strong logo in people's minds whereby their good feedback of services. They provide wilder coverage area and also intense advertisement for their promotional packages. They also come with terrific marketing strategies as well as attractive packages that are equivalent and cheaper price. [...]
