Health is the most important aspect of living. Various people have different notions about a healthy diet, according to the place where they live and the kind of food available for them to eat. In this paper, the aspect of healthy eating and to what extent is the community indulging in healthy eating is highlighted. Also, the different ways to have a healthy eating lifestyle are suggested along with balanced diet, planning a diet, etc. The most appropriate food for different age groups is considered along with its cost. The paper aims to develop a realistic approach in the community for healthy eating and spreading awareness about the same. Apart from the importance of healthy diet, people must become aware about the importance of body weight, nutrients and planning a diet. Therefore, the paper desserts the approach towards promoting a healthy diet change in the community for the best interest of the community.
An unfit body is a result of negligence about one's health and diet. It results into frequent diseases and infections and eventually the physical illness might as well have an impact on the mental health of a person. Healthy eating is the basic activity to be practiced so as to remain fit and healthy and enjoy life to the fullest in terms of family, society and work-place, and to sustain a healthy and happy life in adulthood and old age. The components of a healthy diet would depend on age, gender and the phase of life such as childhood, puberty, pregnancy, and parenthood.
