On top of that, Indian food is still a mix of Moghul influence based on a liberal use of spices and herbs along with a large assortment of traditional dishes. As we've seen, Indian people do mostly live on a long inherited culture but they also started developing modernity successfully. India is also today one of the fastest growing economies in the world and its population should overtake China's by 2030. As a consequence, it has also efficiently progressed. [...]

[...] Contemporary Indians have grown into a middle-working class and increased their physical prosperity as well as their cultural dynamism. All these effects are visible today through well-developed modern infrastrutures including « high-tech » centers, hotels and high buildings. They also developed a highly diversified industrial base, with scientific and engineering pools, from which many western countries are currently interested into taking some « brains ». They also focused on improving Indian agricultural expansion, and growing exports of Indian culture through music, literature, and cinema, creating a specific Bollywood style which participated into an elaborated new Indian culture.
