Management is the whole of techniques that an organization has in order to organize, plan and control all the resources which are implemented for the administration of the entity.
In order to take into account the impact of the time and the type of risk and information on the decision makings of management, it is important to distinguish different managements: strategic management, operational management and audit (or control) management.
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the style of leadership of Martin Luther King, one of the most important leaders in racial segregation. In the first part, we will see an overview of the United States in the 50s, and then we will see The American Civil Rights Movement. After that, we will continue with the leader himself, his beliefs and his style of leadership.
[...] The main famous people were Rosa Parks and Martin Luther King. As laws were very strict in the country, this movement was completely illegal. About women and the differences experienced by them when compared to men, it came down in the 1950s. Moreover, during World War II, we had an important lack in terms of work force. Woman replaced men gone at war in Europe and in the Pacific Ocean. In the United States, it was women who produced all military machines, like guns, tanks and so on. [...]
[...] As a consequence, there was an important lack of housing in cities. American citizens had not the choice to go to the suburbs, and numerous houses were built during these years. It was the first time that we saw a line of production concerning houses. In a general way, about 40 houses could be built in just one day, which is amazing!! At the end of World War II began the Baby boom. This period is famous because it was the same thing in each country (France, UK, US, etc.). [...]
