Exercise, overweight
A number of people have become overweight due to the various lifestyles that we have adapted. In addition, the type of occupation that one is in contributes a lot to being overweight or obese. Apart from the minor symptoms and effects that I have mentioned above, there are the health problems that come up after a developed stage. First, there is a risk of attack by the coronary heart disease.
When the body mass index increases, a person faces the risk of coronary heart disease which results to build up of plaque inside the coronary arteries. It narrows the coronary arteries hence preventing blood flow to the heart muscles. We also have the risk of High blood pressure. Stroke is also another health problem associated with being overweight. It is mainly a product of high blood pressure. Other types of health risks include type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, abnormal blood fats, cancer, osteoarthritis, and sleep apnea among others.

An exercise treatment programme consists of four main components that include a pre-evaluation where your historical information is collected and used as a reference to come up with the objectives, goals and the end results. Second, we have exercise where one is taken through enjoyable exercise that will be effective in reducing weight and other health problems. All these benefits are only attained through exercise as opposed to other remedial like diet pills. CONCLUSION Overweight is a critical situation that requires quick intervention before the risks manifest. Having the urge to exercise to reduce weight loss is the ideal solution to most of your health problems. Take the initiative before it is too late. Exercise never disappoints.
