This article takes a look at the different styles of managers and how various styles are required to be adapted for different scenarios that they face. It also throws light on the professional development of employees. Competence is a combination of knowledge, attitudes, skills experiences that enables managers to reach targets and achieve results. Though the level of competence varies from one person to another, it is a skill set that can be cultivated and mastered in the long run.
