Latex is the most common raw material used to produce gloves, which is produced by processing rubber which available in India, Indonesia, South America and other South East Asian countries. Today gloves manufacturing industry is one of the largest and the fastest growing industry in the world, which is the serving the needs of a number of business and non business sectors.
Manufacturing gloves from latex is a multi-process which includes quality assurance and other processes to convert rubber into latex and then latex into gloves. The following steps are followed in the production process of such gloves. The raw materials used for production is Natural Rubber Latex for surgical gloves and Synthetic Latex for Nitrile gloves.
[...] Packing: The packing section in production department ensures that the products are packed as per the standards and that all non conforming packs are segregated and disposed off. After the classification and inspection is over, the gloves are taken to packing section. There are normally four levels of packaging. Primary packaging (wallets) Unit packaging (pouch) Inner carton packing Master carton packing. At every level inspection is done. Testing of water samples (Soft water and DM water). Carrying out the testing of non-routine samples on request. Ensuring the cleaning and sanitizing activities of process lab in the prescribed manner. Facilities to Ensure Quality: Well equipped chemical lab. Microbiology lab. Instrumentation lab.
