In this case of Siemens Spain, we can discover how a global company set up a knowledge management strategy to increase their benefits. This case is based on real information and explains how Siemens tried to find the best solution to share knowledge between all departments and also with all Siemens employees in Spain. As we see in this case, Siemens met with some problems and had to choose a way to fix them. In addition, the Siemens case shows us that what this company did to manage these changes is not the only way to ameliorate a company. I will try to express my opinion about these changes within Siemens Spain. In addition to this I will explain my opinion about this subject: what a company can do to manage and find the best way to reach an e-company point state.

I think that if a firm invests to ameliorate their processes they do not want their competitors to have the results of these analyses. Global companies have a lot of turnover and former employees can go to work to a competitor. This point brings us to another question: do we have to share our knowledge with our suppliers and if the answer is yes how? All these kinds of questions must be discussed before starting the process of change in the company. [...]

Employees also need to be pro-active . For that, they can discuss in a forum and create enthusiasm in this area . The main philosophy should be to help employees to improve their abilities and create a community.
