Coaching aims to develop skills, improve efficiency, adapting to a new situation, decision making and solving problems. The coaching procedure covers those skills which do not depend exclusively on technical skills. Coaching particularly garners to "know-how" and "skills" related management, organization, communication, trade etc. Coaching is the development of an individual and not reproducing a model. By shedding new light on real situations, it generates significant changes in behavior and effectiveness. It facilitates adaptation to changes such as, the intense economic and social environment. It involves a joint reduction of stress by improving the ease in function, and providing an antidote to the loneliness of decision makers and managers.
