Business policies have changed significantly due to globalization. In the 21st century, we are talking about intercultural management. This type of management is complicated to implement. This vision of the company applies particularly to large companies. The debate is often focused on discrimination but, above all, we must talk about integration. Intercultural communication has become essential because it's the result of a good organization. If people are respected as they are, there will be a good climate in the company.
