Leadership is very key to the successful running of organizations in today's fast-evolving business world, more so in project management. Then comes toxic leadership, of which the results can be very serious, such as but not limited to decreased morale and organizational effectiveness, increased turnover rates, and employees leaving. The purpose of this map is to synthesize the various studies on the notion of "toxic leadership" and its impact on employee retention in project management. In this study, I hope the whole range of problems that we are facing and the possibility of finding some solutions that will enable us to reduce the bad effects of toxic leadership can be pinpointed.
