This letter is to explain the current delinquent accounts that appear in my credit history. I am currently in the process of working with a credit repair agency to clear up some of these debts, because they do not belong to me. I do have three strong credit references that I have been paying, on time, for the last twelve months. I would really appreciate the chance to obtain the mortgage, because I strongly feel I will make my payments on time, and keep a successfully paid off balance. I would like to take a few minutes to explain the accounts in my credit history.
AT&T/Sprint, Avalon Willow, and Nationwide Insurance are accounts that I am disputing because they are not mine. Capital One, Paragon Credit and Public Service were all included in the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy that I filed, but it is not updated yet. Aaron Sales, and the lease account were paid in full, waiting to be updated. The reason I filed for bankruptcy is because since my father's death I have inherited his debt.
