Response to Welch Piper Hello Piper, I have read your discussion, and I have been impressed by the argument that cultural universals are traits that are accepted globally and cultural norms are practices and beliefs that people in a particular culture recognize and follow. As I learned in an article the other day, culture values are right and wrong viewpoints that people in a culture hold while culture shock is the feeling of disorientation that people have when they engage with new cultures (Abramitzky et al., 2020).
