How companies develop into global leaders: Globalization has now invaded the world. Globalization means integrating each of the world's countries into a single unified society, where it is able to found great business opportunities by discovering new markets, new capital investments, new suppliers, and of course new customers. A company can be part of the globalization process, if as a business it is able to sell its products and services to the new open market. These companies face two major difficulties: - The complexity to operate at the executive level in any country, and the complexity in operating a global organization with different economies and cultures, and understanding these factors. These problems require time, effort, and especially human resources, besides financial resources, to give a company the managerial issues to survive and develop itself in a foreign market.
