An introduction to the company:
It is often said that first impressions are the best impressions, when we arrived at the company with its high tower, it brought on a sense of seriousness, grandeur and security. ThyssenKrupp works to offer all classes of society and all organizations that may need vertical or horizontal transportation within buildings a product with a great finish and features for safety. This is my impression of the company.
This is a company with a Simplified Action Structure (SAS), i.e. the security sector, like other sectors of quality, environment and hygiene; depend only on one person, the president. It may seem somewhat surprising that there are not more intermediaries to delegate responsibilities to. The Director General issues the orders and wishes of the directors. Then the leaders should allow the application of these instructions and the employees are of course bound by them.
There are several ranges of products. All the models have customizable door widths, side opening, colors, materials etc. which gives its customers a wide range of choice. There are over one hundred different specifications according to which they can construct an elevator of your choice. The examples of the unique elevators that ThyssenKrupp has created are quite surprising and some are really special. We have been introduced to a rotational lift that is pan, trendy and outdoorsy. It can lift 25 tons which corresponds to the weight of about 300 people and is used for the transport of trucks, lifts, machine mounts, rail carriers etc.

[...] Each workstation has a worksheet which has all the necessary information in it, these include medical monitoring, means of prevention of injuries, photos, qualifications, personal protective equipment that is related to the tasks of the workstation whether the workman uses it or not. I also noticed the presence of signs that said "Stop, are you safe?" located at key places such as the doors that transit between the administration section and the workshops. III. Security I noted the presence of numerous fire escapes with fire extinguishers and an evacuation plan, we can therefore, conclude that they have done their best to ensure the safety of their employees in case of a fire. The same goes for machine safety. [...]

[...] The workshops are very well distinguishable from the other departments and are in the same building. They are well organized into different branches: the workshops for punching, cutting, folding, painting, electronics are along a single line. What is surprising is that there is no assembly site at the headquarters. The first elevator is installed to check that it works. The rest are not completely assembled but is a ready to assemble unit. An elevator contains about 2,600 components anyway which means that they must be absolutely precise during the manufacturing process. [...]
[...] Safety comes first at ThyssenKrupp. Their activities confirm the statement they once made i.e. "No task is urgent or important enough that we did not take the time to do it safely." This is a statement from the security charter of the group that was formed after discussions between the employees, partners and the management on safety behavior in the company. One thing that surprised me after this statement was that the internet audits were carried out by the security manager. [...]
