Quality management is very important to assure the quality of product, especially with Mozilla in the area of software program. Until now, Firefox is gradually becoming loser because of Google Chrome, therefore, improving its quality is essential demand of the company. This report will define the quality of Firefox in term of both business and customers, and also give some tools to measure the quality management of Mozilla project. The quality schemes under quality management theory will be introduced combined with the main purpose of each, after that the opinions will be given to consider which systems the company might choose to implement to achieve the best quality software.
When company creates products and services, the word "quality" is very important for company to make benefits and create its reputation. The American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the American Society for Quality (ASQ) define quality in 1978 as: "The totality of features and characteristics of a product or service that bears on its ability to satisfy given needs." (Service, n.d.)

The next tool is buildbot, tbpl and tinderbox for code build automation, they are helpful in writing test, combined with litmus for test case management, and project team can keep track of the test and make the choice correctly. The communication between developers, testers and users are maintained by Mozilla Wikis, mailing lists and IRC channel, it creates convenient condition in fixing problem by the time the defect reports are received soon.
