This report analyses market leading Gusto, Paychex Flex and OnPay Payroll processing software's, and their suitability for use in a small flower shop. This analysis and comparison is made in terms of cost and benefit, features and consumer ratings. The importance of the payroll in terms of the overall business information systems is also discussed. The results of the analysis finds out that all the three systems are within a similar range with regard to their cost. The OnPay system is found to be superior to the other two with regard to the overall customer ratings, which were conducted by comparing two credible online ratings sites. The Paychex is last in the category of ratings. All the three systems are found to have similar features and specifications, which means they are all capable of undertaking the most basic and required of task that involves payroll management. The result of this analysis therefore finds that the ratings factor plays the greatest role in making the decision of choosing the OnPay system, which has been found to be the highest rated by end users. The OnPay system is thus recommended for the small flower shop payroll.
